Order cord necklace for men

Chains are a popular piece of jewellery that men do not like to do without, as they set the neck and nape of the neck wonderfully in scene. With a Cordel necklace from our shop you can now show your good taste, especially since you can combine the simple models perfectly to many outfits. By the way, necklaces have been known and loved for many centuries. Already in earlier times, when jewellery was still sinfully expensive, ladies and gentlemen preferred to wear fine gold jewellery around their necks. Due to the high price, however, this was reserved primarily for the ruling families, who were happy to show off their power to the people. The fact that gold jewellery was very expensive at that time could not dampen the joy about it at all. Thus one wore jewellery made of pure gold, which was accordingly heavy due to its size. Certainly the rulers and their families were glad when they could finally take off the chains and bracelets as well as earrings in the evening. It was not until many centuries later, with the emergence of the first guilds in Europe, when, in addition to blacksmiths and cobblers, carpenters and tilers, the profession of goldsmith also developed, that jewellery became visibly smaller and thus lighter. This also had something to do with the new tools that enabled goldsmiths to work the gold much more intensively than they had been able to until then. Thanks to the brisk business activity of the craftsmen, they also acquired a certain amount of wealth, which enabled them to afford one or the other piece of jewellery. Thus, the priority of the ruling class in terms of wearing jewellery was a thing of the past. From around this time, the Middle Ages, it became customary for bridal couples to give each other rings on their wedding day. With the Baroque period there was a unique flourishing of jewellery making in Europe. Kings and princes outbid each other to own the best and most expensive jewellery and goldsmiths had full order books for many decades. The Baroque Age and the skill of the goldsmiths of yesteryear have given us many models and shapes today, many of which are still used as models in jewellery making. One of the forms is the cord chain. As the name suggests, this chain is designed in the shape of a cord. Whoever wears a cord necklace can therefore be sure of the looks of others. Incidentally, the people had nothing of the unique heyday of jewellery making in the baroque era. Impoverished by ever new taxes, the families had a hard time not to die of hunger, while kings and princes lived like the emblematic maggot in bacon. It was not until the beginning of the 20th century, when the situation of many households in Europe began to improve noticeably, that it was also possible for ordinary citizens to purchase, for example, a cordnecklace in addition to their wedding rings. Today, practically every consumer can afford this and other types of jewellery.

How to clean and maintain the cord necklace

Even though the prices of the cord necklace and the many pieces of jewellery have fallen sharply in recent years, it is still a must for many consumers to keep their jewellery for a lifetime. This has something to do with the fact that jewellery is still passed on as a gift, which is usually a reminder of a special moment. If you want your new cord necklace to look like new for many years, we advise you to clean it carefully at regular intervals. If you have little time available or prefer to leave the care of your precious cord necklace in professional hands, the best thing to do is to go to a jeweller of your choice. As a rule, they are very familiar with the care of your necklace and will certainly return it to you in a perfectly cleaned condition. If you would like to take care of the chain yourself, you can buy one of the cleaning cloths soaked in a special emulsion in a store. Proceed as follows when cleaning your chain with the cleaning cloth: After purchase, take the cloth out of the packaging and place it on the table in front of you. Then take your chain, open it and place it on the spread out cloth. After closing the cloth around the chain, gently rub it with the cloth for a few minutes. Then open the cloth in a further step and take out the now clean and shiny chain. While your chain looks like new again, you will see fine traces of dust and dirt on the cloth, which has magically come off the chain. You can repeat this process again and again if necessary without worrying about damaging the chain. However, you should replace the cleaning cloth with a new one after a while. To store your precious necklace with cord pattern, we advise you to use a fashionable jewellery box like the ones you can buy everywhere today. Place the jewellery in one of the various compartments and keep it there until you need it again. By the way, we also recommend you do this overnight, because dust and dirt can also clog the jewellery during the nighttime.

You are as delighted as we are by the fine chain with cord? The best thing is to secure one of the necklaces for yourself or another person. To help you find your desired chain for men quickly and efficiently, we advise you to select it with different parameters such as width and length, colour and price as well as material. After you have defined the criteria accordingly, it will show you some chains as suggestions. Now choose the model you want for yourself or another person, or even choose two or more chain models. Alternatively, you have the possibility to give the cord chain to a close person as a gift. The chain is always suitable for the loved one, of course, but close relatives such as the father or son as well as the brother can also be considered as recipients. In general, if you give a piece of jewellery as a gift, you should always make sure that you give it to a close person, who may also be your best friend. Generally speaking, until a few decades ago, giving jewellery as a gift was common practice only among people who loved each other. Since this tradition still exists in many regions of Europe, you should take this aspect into account accordingly. If you have any questions about the different necklaces with cord pattern, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are very familiar with the models and will be happy to help you. You can also order rings and chains for ladies and children, earrings for men or complete jewellery sets as well as various body jewellery. We also have these and other products for you in different lengths and widths, several colours and styles and many price ranges. Of course, you can also give this jewellery as a gift: to your sweetheart on the day of your engagement or wedding, to your own child or the befriended parents of a newborn on the occasion of the birth or wedding day, for a birthday, confirmation or Christmas. Place the piece of jewellery in a small gift box lined with silk or velvet. After closing the box, which by the way can also be used to store the jewellery, wrap a fine bow around the finished gift and pass it on with a few kind words. If the gift is to go to a child, it is a good idea to ask the parents beforehand whether they agree with the gift. Sometimes the parents may also express certain wishes regarding the material or shape of the piece of jewellery. In this case, you should of course choose a necklace or ring that is in the best interest of the child's parents. We will also be at your side and advise you when giving the jewellery as a present. We know the wishes and demands of the consumers from our daily work very well and can therefore give you one or the other advice. Call us so that we can help you, or send us a short message. We will call you back.
