Intern Customer Care / Online Marketing
(12 months, 100%)

 

Your tasks:
Customer support and advice by phone, chat and e-mail
Editorial support for online shop
Newsletter creation and dispatch
Support in the areas of social media and SEO
General support of the online shop
Support in various administrative activities

 

Your profile:
Flair for digital marketing
Commercial training and/or first practical experience in online marketing
Analytical thinking and quick perception
Good communication skills and networked thinking
Commitment, personal responsibility and careful working methods
Sound PC user skills
Stylish German, French and English (spoken & written)
