Returns

We attach great importance to the quality of our jewellery. Ordered products are checked with the utmost care and undergo several quality controls before they leave our premises.

This is the only way to create a unique shopping experience for our customers.

Returns can be sent back within 14 days after receipt to the following addresses:

In order for the return to be processed, the order number and customer address must be visible. Please note the following for returns:

- The return is in original condition incl. original packaging

- It shows no signs of use or dirt

- The label is still on the jewel

- The goods must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.

- Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer

- MUAU Jewellery accepts no liability for colour deviations.

As soon as we have received and checked your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the return.
We will then arrange the refund. Depending on which payment method you have chosen, the refund may take a few days.
